The System: The Human Credit Bank

Introducing the system

Activating local potentials can to a great extent assist local development, life improvement and poverty alleviation aims.

In those economies, which have partly discarded local indigenous traditions and have not fully implement modern institutional and economic structures, there remains a great deal of unused potentials and a serious gap between the demand and the supply of cash for local exchange, thus exchange being geared purely by cash leaves many in a dilemma to answer their needs.

This restriction is mostly felt by the poor, the middle classes, housewives, unoccupied women, youth, children and the elderly: those who can not find an active paid position in the cash economy. To fill the gap between social rights and economic limitations the "Human Activity Banking System" has been formulated to assist members of society to have their “Wants” on a community accountable basis of “Gives” which can be saved, accredited and exchanged on the local market.

The Potential"To Give Against The Wants"

Each member of society, as an individual, a family or an institution has inactive potentials and some latent unanswered needs. The aim of the "Human Activity Banking System"  is to assist each member to define more clearly the potentials it has to offer in return of receiving, the requested needs, (which is usually only made attainable by cash payment). Payment so as to program the means of offering, the proposed potentials of the member on an economically creditable system to society thus in return permitting the member to be accredited to receive the required services offerable by other committed members on the exchange market.

the "Human Activity Banking System"  actual combines several systems to reach the goals of bridging the gap between cash economy and social economy:

1st- It is a social system aiming at respecting the abilities and needs of members of society who are prepared to take an active part for self-, group-,social- and environmental improvement in return for their needs; thus each member plays both as an "actor" on the scene and as an "user" in the audience.

2- It is a programming and managerial system as it accepts to assist members to develop and market their latent potentials.

3- It is a banking system as it keeps account, offers  credits and finally is answerable to its clients.

4- It is a developer investor as it guides resources: human materials to project the requests
