Local management and occupation:

The responsibility of creating new job opportunities for the upcoming youth of society rests on the local community. They must became informed of the latent potentials available at local level and plan to have these potentials programmed and developed on a sustainable basis so as to increase local job opportunities.

The youth can be organized to become members of the occupation bank; in which as individuals, family or group members they become trained to recognize job opportunities, choose between them, participate in the necessary training, and enter it. Members donate a percentage of their incomes to support the aims of training new recruits and for the furthering of their own training on a life long basis.

The group emphasis on job development potentials in the fields of agriculture, gardening, husbandry, watershed management, range & forest re-vegetation, and the supporting industries and services related to these activities.
