Activating local potentials can to a great extent assist local development, life improvement and poverty alleviation aims.

In those economies which have partly discarded local indigenous traditions and have not fully implement modern institutional and economic structures, there remains a great deal of unused potentials and a serious gap between the demand and the supply of cash for local exchange, thus exchange being geared purely by cash leaves many in a dilemma to answer their needs.

This restriction is mostly felt by the poor, the middle classes, housewives, unoccupied women, youth, children and the elderly: those who can not find an active paid position in the cash economy. To fill the gap between social rights and economic limitations the "Human Activity Bank" has been formulated to assist members of society to have their “Wants” on a community accountable basis of “Gives” which can be saved, accredited and exchanged on the local market.
